Is the Criticism Honeymoon over for Apple?

I was having a conversation with a former CEO a few weeks ago and we were discussing his predictions for 2010 technology trends and one of them was the honeymoon for Apple was over and they would start to feel the criticism other industry leaders face. This has certainly come to fruition with the recent antenna issues with the iPhone 4 as well as some grumblings about memory, disk drives and lack of usb ports for the iPad.

However, one thing Apple still does extremely well is packaging and the marketing that goes into to creating a super clean and simple user experience. So the question is: Is the criticism Honeymoon over for Apple? what do you think?
